Picasso and me…

Not that I’m getting ideas above my staton, of course…

Production has turned noticeably bluer lately though…

And much more along these lines… Will return to jollier shades before too long, I expect – it actually feels like the temperature has dropped in my display area..!

 

I’m deeply ashamed to have neglected my poor little website – since this time last year, by the look of things..! Extreme technophobia is my only excuse…but I can see I will need to address this if only to stop cobwebs and dry rot taking over…

Here we go again – my studio will be open to anyone who’s interested from Saturday June 7th-14th from 10am-2pm every day.  As has become a lovely tradition, my old art school mucker and great friend, Janet will be here to keep me company and show off her brilliant book illustrations, no doubt knocking off a few before our visitors’ very eyes…as well as entertaining us all with her usual witty banter.

Please do drop in if you’re passing – you will be made extremely welcome and plied with tea and cakes, made possible by my own hens’ eggs if recent coop production is anything to go by.

A small tidy up may be in order…

 

A brand new range celebrating Valentine’s Day is now on sale at Raindrops on Roses in St. Albans, as well as Alphabet Soup in Great Missenden, both gorgeous gift shops.  The theme running through most of the pieces centres on “Casablanca”, including jugs, mugs, dishes and plates displaying lines from the film, as well as the song, “As Time Goes By”.  My work can also be found in the shops, Number Twenty and The Home & Colonial in Berkhamsted.
